Interview Jill
This meeting is designed for you to share with me all your excitement and ideas about your wedding day! I will show you my portfolio and personally explain each of my services in detail. Together, we will evaluate how I can best help you. There is no charge for this meeting and I would be grateful for the opportunity to talk with you!

Out of town? No problem! I can definitely phone conference with you and email you some of my portfolio. I am also happy to offer references when requested.

Initial Consultation
This meeting is designed for us to start our planning process together. Some brides use this meeting as their "crash course" on planning their own wedding and there is no obligation to hire me as your planner if you so choose! Together, we go through every aspect of your wedding from start to finish. During the meeting, you assign a priority rating to each item and I give you my professional opinion on how to accomplish your goals. I will produce a budget guideline for you to use as a tool throughout your planning process. I also customize a calendar for you based on your wedding and the things you will need to do each month. Furthermore, I give you suggestions for vendors based on your personal style, priority rating and budget. This focuses your search for the perfect vendor. There is a fee for this meeting.

Out of town? No problem! I do travel for meetings and for weddings. I have working knowledge of statewide vendors and have worked in other cities with unknown vendors very successfully. I have consulted out-of-state weddings in Atlanta, Bilouxi and Santa Rosa Beach (Rosemary Beach & Seaside). Also statewide weddings in other cities and towns such as Florence/Muscle Shoals, Dothan, Birmingham, Fairhope, Greenville, Andalusia, Troy, Selma and Linden, Alabama. I am comfortable helping brides from other parts of the country to plan their weddings. I've helped brides from Louisiana, Texas, California, Illinois and Florida plan their weddings here in Montgomery.

Consulting
As your full-service consultant, I meet with you monthly and assist you with the contracting and coordinating of your vendors. I manage your calendar and budget and give you professional advice along the way. Furthermore, I orchestrate the wedding weekend and all of its related events.

Why do I call myself a wedding consultant instead of coordinator, director or planner? I define what I do differently. I offer full-service consulting to include DESIGN and consistency in style for your wedding. I enjoy the challenge of incorporating your personal style and inspiration into every aspect of the day. From your wedding attire, to the invitation, the cake, the floral and everything in between, I help you create each element to show a cohesive overall DESIGN. I use my expertise and creativity to make your wedding unique and memorable!

Floral
I offer a complimentary meeting to discuss your floral. This is my opportunity to show you my floral portfolio and quote you for the decorative elements you would like to incorporate in your wedding. I will produce an itemized quote for your research and share my ideas for your color scheme and reception layout.

I specialize in event floral/decor and have a diverse portfolio to show you. Once you have contracted me for this service, I complete a design plan to include sketches and examples of floral combinations and color, linens, layout and lighting. This plan will be customized for you and created from my interpretation of your personal style. I am passionate about amazing flowers and the overall look of a wedding. I hope you will allow me to share my passion with you!

Invitations and Retail Accessories
I am unique in the fact that I have a storefront on my office to include tasteful wedding accessories and invitation lines. I have personally selected them to offer brides options within their style and budget. We customize invitations, programs, stationery and favors and specialize in incorporating your wedding monogram or logo/motif on all of it! Our services also include digital calligraphy for your envelope addressing. You may set up a complimentary meeting to review our lines or come by any time to browse.
